Social Distancing

With the current state of affairs in the world, it’s important to continue our lives while also choosing to be active participants in social welfare. Social distancing is an important part of dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic but that doesn’t mean your life has to stop completely. Here are some tips on how to manage life and dating while still keeping safe.

1 – Alone Time

This may seem counterproductive but sometimes the best thing for a relationship is to be apart. Use this opportunity to work on yourself and contemplate your goals and motivations for your relationship. Very rarely do we get this kind of chance for serious introspection.

2 – Safe Dating

Obviously, with restaurants and movie theatres out of commission, some traditional dating options aren’t available to you. However taking walks, hiking and camping are all good date activities that can be done mostly in isolation. Be creative when picking out date spots.

3 – Be Healthy

The most important thing you can do for yourself and your loved ones at this time is to practice proper hygiene and self-isolate if necessary. Think beyond yourself and make the right choices such as washing your hands regularly and avoiding large gatherings.

We hope you are all safe in these troubled times.
